Today I got a ticket for going 40+ over and speed contest but he didn't pull me over, he pulled my friend over and I left. He came to my house an hour later and issued me a ticket saying I was going 101 in a 55 and I was racing my friend. I wasn't racing and I was only going about 80 and my sister was in the car as a witness to that. Do you think I could go to court and get these charges dropped since he can't even prove I was in the car? Or am I screwed? The ticket is 24 points and I live in Greeley, CO.
