Resolved Question: Am I emo? (Please read details)?

Most of my friends call me goth (and I have to admit I do sound goth) but there are some people at school who call me emo. Do I sound emo or am I goth like others and myself say? I like to dress in black because it is easy and does not require much colour co-ordination plus I think it looks good on me. When it comes to accessories I have a strange fixation with skulls, coffins and religious symbols like ankhs, crosses and pentacles. My favourite music is a mixture of goth rock (e.g. The Cure, Type O Negative, Jack Off Jill, 69 Eyes), punk rock (e.g. Anti-flag, SexPistols), Industrial (e.g. Marilyn Manson, DRC, Dope Stars Inc), Eurodance (e.g. Cascada, Aqua, DJ Bobo), Darkwave (e.g. Cruxshadows, BlutEngel, Stillste Stund), screamo (e.g. Greeley Estates, FFTL) and metal (e.g. Wednesday 13, Morbid Angel). When it comes to reading I like vampire novels (Anne Rice, Bram Stoker, LJ Smith, etc.), fantasy/sci fi /horror novels, classic literature and some popular titles like Eragon, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Harry Potter and Twilight. My hobbies include reading, writing stories and verses, watching horror films, listening to music, studying things like philosophy ancient history and mythology, surfing the net for occult/monster sites as well as normal sites, anime, manga + drawing. Other things I like are night skies, gargoyles, cute things (like Pokemon/Skelanimals/Sanrio characters/shoujo manga), ghost stories, graveyards and graveyard photos, Victorian style architecture, surreal paintings or paintings of religious icons, cats, vampires, silver jewelery, etc. At school I'm a straight A student in everything except PE but I'm always bored because the work's way too easy so I just draw or write in class. Generally I'm a very cheery person though I'm known for being quiet and introspective and often rather cynical. I'm not depressed though I may have a down moment and don't cut or think of suicide.
